I bought a new NOKIA 3600slide on 27th of december 08 nd i have a problem regarding it. I dont know what happened to it cos after 10-12 days of buying i.e. On 6th of january its volume + key stopped working, i showed it to nokia care is sector 35 chandigarh. They said it need a software update nd den it started working. Then in next 1 month i faced the same key problem atleast 8-9 times nd everytime they just updated my phone software nd all these time they dint made any jobsheet for my phone or the service too then they said that some part is broken inside my cell nd they vll have to change it so they called me after 15 days as it was not available at that time. Then i gave my phone to them on 27th of february as i another problem started [my phone's screen started fluctuating] i gave it to them and asked if they can change it as a new handset usually do nt cause so mush problems. Then again they just gave it to me after 2 days nd said that it is fine nd after 10 days i faced the same problem nd now m asking them to change my cell nd they r nt listening at all nd speaking very very rudely. I never got such problem earlier in any of the nokia sets i used previously. m using nokia handsets since last 6-7 years but now m fed up of the services. My new cell is not working nd creating such problems every next day nd those nokia care people r least bothered bout the customers.
|Solution of your complaint||I want that nokia care people should change my cell as it is in warranty nd a strict action should be taken against the nokia care people in sector 35 a chandigarh.. |
|Action||I ll file a case against them nd vll give the whole incident in media. |
