Reg: Customer Care Experience for my Nokia 5610 mobile.

I got a Nokia 5610 xpress music mobile phone which I purchased on February 2008 exactly after a week my mobile got screwed up and the issue is BLANK DISPLAY and the phone gets OVER HEATED as if it’s going to blow up, I submitted the mobile for replacement they asked to take the mobile after a week since it has to come from the different place but they mentioned Target Delivery as the same date I submitted the mobile and the Job Sheet Number 125343506/080308/53.

Later they told they can only replace the internal parts alone and they have did that, they have committed but they have not done that but it was ok with me any way I thought the issue is resolved. The same problem started again when I took it for repair the tech at that place told it was old system board and they want to charge me, I was shocked to her that because they replaced the parts telling me they are new. I asked for the supervisor after 3 hours of waiting I spoke with the senior tech Manager Dinesh and he said the tech was confused and gave wrong info. I they took the mobile for repairing again. Same happened here mentioned Target Delivery as the same date I submitted the mobile and the Job Sheet Number 125343506/080321/26.

So I called Nokia Customer Care Bangalore and logged a complained on my mobile IMEI Number: 358652014617175, I spoke with the supervisor Praveen regarding this he said he can’t do anything only option is to submit the mobile at Nokia Care

I had the same problem again in addition to that I noticed the vibrator function in not working, so I also wrote a mail regarding the issue I had, no go again I got an auto generated where I was asked to submit the mobile for repair, no other option just to submit the mobile for repair again.

I paid Rs.12, 790 for the Nokia mobile where I had no idea about the Customer care But I started to live the problem I had. After that I came to know I am not the one who had the problem with that 5610 model. I not convinced with the model and the support I got from Nokia.

I have come across few model of Nokia which made me to recommend the models to other that did not happen with this particular model… still I did not lost the hope on nokia. I still believe nokia will take necessary action to make its customer happy and I also believe that I would not be getting any auto generated mail for this…
