In complaint - 1. When i want to activate GPRS service on my mobile
(vodafone live) they reply through sms that you are not allowed to
subscribe this service. When i am trying to call customer care it is
not connect to the customer care and after that i tried to call
customer care from another vodafone number they did not give proper
response.
2. And after that on 19/03/2009 the vodafone activated two extra value
added service on my number (voice chat and missed call allert) without
my information and deducted the service charge amount from my prepaid
account without permission. I want reverse my money immediatly which
was deduct.




 

Solution of your complaint solution - Improve the service active that service which is customer request, connect the customer care when i trying to call and stop to cheating with customers which is doing by like this. 
ActionIf vodafone not give proper response i will trying to stop all the connections of vodafone in my relative and friend circle.
