I had purchased a Reliance data card in November and that was in the price of 2800 rs .And the offer which was going on was Free downloading for two month . But in the month of Jan i was informed by one of the call center guy that your bill is 4500/- but when every i called up the customer care they said that that not the exact bill .And more over my credit limit was 1500 but how could they exceeded my credit limit and without disconnect my connection .
Kindly let me know what i will do in this days.
