Dear Sir,
As per your service request 27069453 your duplicate, bill sent to billing address has been returned due to SHIFTED.,BY 121-SMS CAME TODAY BY 5PM.(27TH MARCH2009)

I like to repeat i have given address change


1.On 4th Feb-at your koramangala-near Ganesha temple-Bangalore-34,i wen
personally gave a requisition for change of address,

2.On 5thMarch, as my due date payment,when i haven't received my
bill,while
enquiring time i came to know that i address is not changed.

3.My receipt number for the change of address is SR-1808865

4.ON 5TH March-service request no-27015110,27015110,27015699-we will get
back
to you by 6th march,13th march-like this messages i have got it through
sms-121

5.on-19th March-SR-NO-27069453,-SMs-got it ,it says-we will getbackby 31
st,march

what a ridiculous service,no system, i spoke to 3 customer care staff,named
Narayan deepak,bhula,sheeba.
With in 24hrs ,i will be getting my bill ,as all promised,finally till
date i haven't received.changed address

Now what to do, my company does reimbursement ,do the need immediately.

DUPLICATE BILL ,WHY SHOULD IT GO TO MY OLD ADDRESS,FROM 4TH FEB -NO

PROGRESS, A MATTER OF CHANGING THE ADDRESS IS NOT TAKING PLACE,

STILL CUSTOMER HAVE TO WRITE DAILY MAILS, PLEASE BE SHAME ABOUT YOUR

OWN SERVICE,MORE THAN 50 DAYS OVER .

WHEN WILL I GET MY BILL ? ( FOR 20TH JAN-20TH FEB, -DURATON AND THE 20TH FEB TO 20 TH MARCH )

LET ME KNOW WITH IN 24 HRS.

not at all happy about your service,and your customer care service.!!!!!!!!!!








 

Solution of your complaintsending the bill to the correct address ,enquire once again from the customer, 
ActionDisconnect the service .delaying the payment,not to pay .till i get my original bill
