I bought a telemall Home Jogger on 18th March 2009, Bill # 1424; cost Rs. 4990/-. In 3 days it gives a burning smell from inside. I called their call center (the worst and rude and uncaring call center); they keep saying they will deliver a replacement the same day within 2PM - 6PM, its been more than 5 days and they have not delivered any replacement or cared to call me. I have called them more than 15 times in these 5 days.
I am fed up with this. I have bought stuffs from HomeShop18 too, they are so good. Someone needs to get Telemall out of business for sure. I might file a complain in the Consumer Court next week.
