Hi,
Recently, I've purchased a laptop from hp reseller and was told that i wil get one Phillips Home Theatre system free for that I followed all procedure to redeem the product. My redemption code given by HP site is ADVBMDKAH4 . After sending all the required documents including Demand Draft of Rs. 1499, i did not get any acknowledgement mail so i started following up the matter with the help of hp website. after few days i got mail that my documents have not been locatable where Speed Post delivery reposrt show that delivery has been done on time at appropriate address.

After writting all this information of these address: nehas@solutions-intg.com, bhardwaj@hp.com, i got a mail that in absence of the document we are not able to process the request.

Sir, I want to know that what happened to the document when it has been delivered to address given by HP company for Redemption, and what happened to the Deamand Draft which was encashed in favour of redemption cell. And afterall this why these people are not delivering the gift. Even after sending all the report from Post office and Bak about delivery and encashment of Demand Draft, what is my mistake.

Kindly look into the matter at high priority and update me.

Regards,
A frustrated consumer of HP Product.
