My airtel prepaid scheme has been changed without any request being made from my side. Because of which since a week i am being charged Re. 1 per SMS instead of Re. 0.30.
I have been complaining on a daily basis and it was escalated to the person above who assured resolution in 9 hours but even 48 hours post no change is made in my scheme.
|Solution of your complaint||Change me back to my original scheme any scheme for betterment is welcome but not which makes me pay more for the services. |
