dear sir i am using this mobile no. from last 5 years. i am happy with this service but on 27th of march i have checked my balance it was -52 rs. regarding this i called on 28th march near about 11pm. i made the call to customer care but cce had put me on hold upto 20 min and disconnected the line . i got this incident thrice in a single day. the name of executive was vikas mahesh and anshul.
now i want to rectified my problem and i do not want to change my no.
so please take an action regarding my complaint and check your customer service
|Solution of your complaint||I WANT TO RECTIFIED MY PROBLEM AND AN ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THESE EMPLOYEES SO THAT CUSTOMER WILL NOT FACE SUCH TYPE OF PROBLEM .
