I have purchased samsung microwave with a view that they provide exclusive feature of caeramic coating in their microwaves.Samsung says that CAERAMIC COATING in microwaves prevents it from scratches..But after using the microwave for about a couple of months its wall started damaging i.e. the upper side of wall was full of scratches.
I complaint with my dealer but he says that i"ve burnt something on the walls which is absolutely absurd as a person will not cook anything on the upper side of microwave.
Then i complaint in the samsung toll free number(referrence no 8409108851).They told me that engineer will visit my house in a day or two but no one ever came.Then i recall the toll free no but they said the same.This continued for abut nine times.
Then i called the Area branch manager of samsung.He heard my complaint and alas send an engineer.The engineer told me that the matter is really serious and the microwave could be replaced if ordered by Samsung Lucknow branch.I also mailed him photograph of my damaged wall(about 3 weeks ago) and he told me that they will take some initiative.I am still waiting for that initiative and my warrenty period is passing on.
|Solution of your complaint||The microwave should be changed and false promises of samsung should be stopped for the benefit of other consumers. |
|Action||I will probably wait for 1 more week than after i will move to the DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM. |
