well... how shd i start ? when i cal up to ur local dealer they take the call and hang up.. if not take the call and just keep the ph one one side and chit chat.. then gimme a 1800 number .. fed up and irritated .. i give a call to 1800 number... and the 1800 number cust care executive. shows irritation on me.. with a irritation tone she says GIMME THE ADDRESS MAAAAAAAM.. AND PLEEEESE MAKE IT FAAST.. then i try to tell her that i had some problem with local dealers..and then she says the same sentence GIMME THE ADDRESS MAAAAAAAM... after all the so called taking address process..( keeps me on mute and may be abuses me ) then when i ask to transfer the call to the manger.. she says no manager is available and refuses to gimme her emp id and when im talking to her ... she simply says "thnks for callin have a nice day" and hangs up

Is ur call centre a customer care center? or just using custoers to improve their personal stats ? and get a good remark saying that a perticular employee finishes the calls in less time. and u guys tap him or her on the shoulder and say continue to harass customers... the product gives us trouble because its a machine ... and dsnt knw how to behave .. what can we do if even human beings behave in the same manner ? where shd we go and give a complaint on them ? or shd we think and leave tht we r talking to a psychopathic moron?

this is my so called compalint number VAI0104090077.. just incase if u guys can trace the call and see your so called well trained customer CARE executives performance  

Solution of your complaintproper care and training and most of all COMMON SENSE  
Actionsame action which i took now.. would surely come online and give a compliment rather than a complaint
