I have bought my wagon R from Apra Auto and given for first paid servicing at Apra Auto Vasant Kunj.
The car was having problem:
1) Car RPS system was not working properly.
2) Car ignition was creating problem as the key was moving freely at times
3) Car was feeling heavy.
Now the car has developed problem related to Central Locking. At times car doesnot open and when it is open it doesnot close.
Car mileage has gone down.
Car has again started feeling heavy.
now i am worried whether the RPS system problem has been solved 100% or just temporary rectified.
The bill charges was 4000/- but i am not at all happy with my present and the last free service.
I donot want to continue servicing my vehicle at APra Auto i would request Maruti to look into the matter and do the needful and also suggest me anothe rdealer where i can get my vehicle serviced with no tension
|Solution of your complaint||Apra Auto should immidiately send the person to check all the problems which are there and give a complete solution and also there should be a Maruti Person to look personally so that these dealers cannot manipulate. |
|Action||I will have to move the consumer court. Also i will never recoomend any body to go for maruti Vehicle as i have done in past. |
