I have purchased the mobile and asked the tarrif, they misguide me as they didnt have the plan pamplets. Today morning they excused me and asked to give more details, which they confirmed that is sufficient and told me the different tarrif which they mentioned yesterday. When i refused to start the conncetion they told me now they cant take the handset back. This is really unfair what can i do?

I need all my money back with the complaint filed against the people to giving the wrong information and then showing us the eyes.
