I bought a USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM and internet connection from Reliance center in Mangalore in October 2008.

My reliance number is 9379229716. I had asked for Swift 40+ plan which has 400 Rs monthly rental.

The customer care representative who gave me the connection told me that if I will take the corporate connection, then it will be free for first 2 months and after that 400 Rs per month, So I agreed for it.

But after 2 months the rent was 700. And when I called up and asked from customer care they told me that the plan which was given to me has been shifted to 700 monthly rental plan after completion of 2 months free usage time. This was done without any intimation or any information to me. Then I called up the person from whom I took the data-card and connection and that guy told me that this is done by customer care people. But in all this mess, I am the person who is suffering.
And if I talk to the Customer Care they say, the Corporate plan is automatically converted into Rs.700 Plan, the Sales representative gave u a wrong information.

Its all confusion going around there, no proper information is conveyed to the customers. No one trying to give proper information or work out on the problem.

Customer care person even told me that i would have reverified my plan by calling Customer care. It was shocking. So it means that the even the customer care of Reliance do not believe in their represetatives who work in Reliance stores.

Its like, people in the same organisation will say different things and i will simply pay the amount.
And even many times, the Customer Care people talk very rudely, and behave strangely, as if its not their job to take care of these things. 

Solution of your complaintAccording to me extra rent should get deducted and they should convert the internet plan on my connection for which i had asked. And their customer care representatives should be taught how to talk to customers and should be warned not to give wrong information to customers.
