I have taken Tata Indicom Broadband connection on 8th of march and the plan is Infinity
384 kbps.From the same day i am calling customer care and telling them there is problem with the speed.I have called up customer care atleast 20 - 30 times and told them that the speed which i am getting is very slow ( the average speed which i am gettin is 3 to 5 kbps and the signal strength which i am getting is full) which is much much lower for a 384 kbps connection. They said that you should get speed between 50 to 60 kbps which i never got.
Before taking tata indicom connection i was using Hathway 128 kbps plan in that i was gettin much much better speed than tata indicom 384 kbps.Every time customer care people told me that please give us 24 hours and the issue will be resolved. Leave the resolving of the issue they dont even call me back.For the 1st 10 to 15 days i called them every day atleast twice or thrice but they have done nothing.You didnt even tried to resolve the issue. This is the worst customer care team and technical team anyone can ever come across. You people are here for just harassing the customer. You guys dont even care and dont have the courtesy to even call your customers back and atleast tell them what the problem is. You people are there to just attend the calls from customers and after that do nothing, you dont even try to resolve the issue.
I called up even at the nodal office several times and they also did nothing, even i talked to
some of the Team Leads and Managers in the Customer care they also said the same thing "sir please give us one more chance, please give us 24 hours and your issue will be resolved" but after that no one even bothered to even call me back and atleast ask me and try to resolve the issue.
After 10 - 15 days i understood that I am only wasting my time, energy and money by calling you again and again and you will not even try to resolve the issue.
In the beggining while taking the connection they were asking me to pay for 3 months in advance.
But now i am thanking god that i have not paid 3 months rental in advance otherwise i would
have to bear this mental torture for 3 months,I have only paid for 1 month.
While taking the connection i have given Rs 1106 in advance as the first month rental and the tata indicom person told me that this is your first month rental so you dont have to pay anything for the first month and after 2 months you will be getting the bill only for second month.
I called customer care they said it will take maimum of 48 hours to terminate your connection so as you have taken connection on 8th of march you can mail by 7th of april and your account will be suspended by 8th of april evening. When i called customer care again on 7th of april they said that my billing cycle is from 11th march to 11th april so i have to pay Rs 115 more as pro data charges after that they will be terminating my connection and i can use connection till 11th of april as i have already paid for using internet till that time.
I paid Rs 115 and mailed them(on 7th april 2009) to terminate my coneection as soon as possible and they said it will take maimum of 48 hours for suspending my account.
Today its 11th of april till now they have not suspended my account and when i called them again today they are asking me to pay again Rs 1103. When i told them i have already paid they said that we will refund you later but now you have to pay after that only we will begin the process of terminating your accoung.
This is the worst customer care and worst internet service provider anyone can come across.
Please help me in getting out of this horrifying situation.
