I bought a top-up recharge coupon 3 days back. Tried to recharge it thru the phone as directed in the recharge coupon. It did not succeed. Then called up the customer care and they said it will be recharged by next morning. It did not happen so. I called up again next day morning and the Customer support personel said, they will look into the matter and it will get recharged by evening. It did not get recharged in the evening also. I called up the customer care again in the evening. They replied it will be OK withing 24 hours. It still is not recharged. I could not use my mobile for the last 3 important days. All the time i have to repeatedly tell them my phone number, my recharge coupon serial number. I had given them my home number, recharge coupon 18 digit number and serial number as they asked for the same. They have also said they will contact me back soon. But no use. All the time different persons were attending the call. Some of them were not friendly to talk to. I have given up my attempt and are going to buy some other SIM card. I hate BSNL simply because of their poor customer care. I wont recommend anybody to go for Excel. They do not understand/care for customers difficulties. 

Solution of your complaintThey could have get me recharged in 2 days. Or at least called me back and say that my problem will be solved in this much days and the reason for the same. 
ActionPray to GOD that all the worst may happen to the persons at BSNL Customer Care.
