On second April 2008, I first complained about the water leakage to the local customer service at Trivandrum. I was given a tracking number 020409014. Nobody was picking the phone till 7th. Till 7th nobody attended and on 7th I called the toll free customer support and I was informed that the number is not in my name and I was given a new complaint number COC0704090023.
Today is 13th. I am still waiting. Now I am thinking of proceeding with legal action. Everyday I call up the toll free number and the guy there says he is helpless and what he can do is send a remind mail. He gave me the number of one Pradeep at Cochin, 04842312596 and I am calling this guy for last many days and he never picks up the phone.
My advice to all is, don't buy Videocon products.
|Solution of your complaint||Change the customer support contract that videocon is having with the local parties and do it using directly by the manufacturer. |
|Action||My machine is in warranty period and I am not getting service for last 13 days. I will proceed to consumer court. |
