Can you give me solutition or not????
This is the complain regarding DVD player of your "esteemed"company.
I have purchsed it before 4 months. because i had a good brand image of Philips in my mind. But i think i was wrong. After some time , i mean just after 3 months it got some technical problame. I have given it your service center before a month. At that time they commited that i will get it back within a day time.
Then they commited 2 days of time. No one picked up the phone for a week. I visited personally once again they comited 2 days , then 3 days then week and so on.........
I am not a retired person and i dont have time to visit your "esteemed" service center, where no one even cares to pick up the phone.
