I bought Zen Estilo LXI from this dealer. But till now I havent get any paper which includes sale letter, service book and also the acesories commited by the executive.I called up the executive on march 28,2009 and got the details of dealing.then I visted the showroom and booked the car on the same day.
On delivery day i was roaming there like i was begging for something.when i asked for acesories(temple,perfume and body cover) commited by executive i was told that company have stopped the manufacturing of these items and they dont have in their store .I was not given any paper and acesories comitted by executive saying that they will theirself deliever it at mine address, also I deposited rs 5200 there as a security as of registration would be done by me but i dint get any receipt of this amount.
I waited for 1 week and then called up them for my papers and acesories. At first , they tried to cheat me saying they havent get your loan amount from the bank still so cant give the paper. they did it for 2 days. when i threatened them saying that i am going to complaint then then only they agreed.
Next, Mr Prabhat asked me for rs 1000 as a surcharge of cedit card as I made 50000 payment through credit card and even not ready to give me the receipt of this amount. But at booking time i cleared this thing with him that i will not any surcharge amount.
Now i dont have any paper so i cant run my vechile on the road. It a only a iron box for me without
papers. I cant apply for registration in lacking of sale letter which has a max time of 1 month
I launched a comlaint on april 09,2009 at any time maruti service 1800-1800-180 .Complaint number is 5865707184. I was assured that you r problem will get reslove max 72 hours. but
till now i am still blank hand.
