I'm from Goa. I bought K850i phone for Rs19500. It stopped working within 4 months and had to give for repair at Sony Ericsson Genuine service center. The service center badly damaged the cell and gave it back to me. After that the phone came up with more problems and i had to keep on repairing it for two more times. Now the warranty is over and i'm in trouble as Service Center will just take huge amount from me to repair it. I call'd up support, wrote mails but they are saying to submit my phone to service center. The 19500 rupees phone dont even have a single rupee value.
Please someone help me with this as to reach the proper person and get my problems resolved.
Let me list some problems below:
1. While playing songs phone gets restarted.
2. The Loud Speaker not working.
3. Camera picture/Video quality degarded.
4. The headphone socket/charging socket loosed up.
5. The battery does not charge 100%.
6. The phone body case badly damaged.

|Solution of your complaint||With above huge list of problems, only solution is to replace my phone with Brand New One. If this is not possible then give a coupon by taking this Phone back and with the exchange coupon i shall buy a Sony Phone of my like. |
