MY Samsung Split AC(1 ton) purchased from your showroom NEXT retail at Kalyan(W) is not working at all since last 6 months. After every complaint the engineer used to come & do something.But after few days it used to repeat the same problem.Samsung service center even took it for the repairs couple of times & kept it for 10-10 days but failed to repair it. 10 days back,I have been told from your kalyan showroom that I would get a replacement for the same which is approved by SAMSUNG & NEXT BUT till today I am with my faulty m/c & have not got any confirmed reply from any one. Request you to do the replace ment with the new SAMSUNG AC imdtly.
