Dear Sir

I have written a mail to nokia people on 11th April 09 : I m using Nokia N82 from 9th of september 2008. I found so many problems in the handset from the date of purchase thats why I have given my handset to nokia care for more than 7 times can you pls provide me the jobsheet numbers with date. This is my first and a very bad experience with nokia. I didnt think that nokia is a worst company of mobile market. I requested to your customer care center in january 2009 to change my handset but they told me to give it at nokia care for last time if further you find any problem then we will change it. But after the communication between customer care and me this is the 3rd time I m going to give my handset to nokia care center for same problem and now I want new handset from nokia otherwise I will go to the consumer court to solve this problem.

Then I got reply on 13th April 09 : Thank you for e-mailing Nokia Care.

This e-mail is with regard to service provision of your handset Nokia N82. We understand your displeasure and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Kindly be assured that Nokia manufactures mobile phones and accessories with focus on optimal performance and user friendliness. And also, please note that this incident is not a true reflection of our services. However, it is unfortunate to hear of the concern you are facing with your mobile phone.



Further, you may kindly note that in order for us to initiate an investigation of your phone concern and to provide an effective and definitive resolution; we require your handset to be present at a Nokia Care Centre. Hence, please submit your phone at a Nokia Care Centre and revert with below requested details.


1) Location and complete address of the Nokia Service Centre (where your handset is submitted)



2) Latest Job slip/repair number



3) Your alternate contact number

Then I wrote on 13th April 09 : I will submit my phone at nokia care center but i dont want to repair it again and again because the handset having so many problems. I just want to change my handset. If this is not possible i will go to consumer court and everything will possible after that now it is up to you.

Then I got raply on 14th April 09 : Thank you for e-mailing Nokia Care.

This e-mail is in reference to service provision of Nokia N82. Pursuant to your request for replacement, we would like to inform you that we are presently not in a position to comment on the request.


You may kindly note that in order for us to initiate an investigation on your phone concern and to provide an effective and definitive resolution; we require your handset to be present at a Nokia Care Centre. Hence, please submit your phone at a Nokia Care Centre and revert with the previously requested details. Please be assured of our best attention in resolving the phone concern.



We appreciate your patience and further solicit your cooperation.

Then I wrote on 14th April 09 : I will submit my phone to nokia care center only if u assure me that my phone will be replaced. This is my last mail to you after this you will only get mails from consumer court.

Then I got reply on 15th April : Thank you for e-mailing Nokia Care.


This e-mail is in reference to the service provision of Nokia N82. We regret the inconvenience caused. Pursuant to your request for replacement, we would like to inform you that we are presently not in a position to comment on the request. However, please be assured that one of our executives will revert to you within 48 hours and assist you further.



We appreciate your patience and further solicit your cooperation

After this I got a call from nokia on 16th April 2009 at 10A.m. I was in a meeting at tat time and unable to pick the phone. After that I called back to the same no. from where I got the call the nokia care executive told me that we will call you shortly regarding your issueand also a mail : Thank you for e-mailing Nokia Care.

This e-mail is in reference to service provision of Nokia N82. We regret the inconvenience caused. You may kindly note that we tried calling you on the number (9814866224) on 16th April 2009 at 10:00am, 10:30am and 1:00pm but we missed an opportunity to speak with you. Pursuant to your request for a replacement, you may kindly note that we are not in a position to comment on your request. We await the receipt of the previously mentioned details to initiate a fact finding into your concern and assist you in the best possible way.


but i didnt recieve any call from there side. Today on 18th April 09 I have written them : WHERE IS YOUR EXECUTIVE AND HIS PHONE CALL REGARDING MY N82. THIS IS MY FINAL MAIL TO YOU REGARDING THE REPLACEMENT ISSUE IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE MY PHONE OR I WILL DO SOMETHING EXTRA ORDINARY.

 

Solution of your complaintI want to replace my phone.
