I have given my mobile for service in Redington (Service centre for motorola), i have given the mobile with the warranty period and it happen more than 25days, but still i dont know what happen to my mobile. They are not responding properly and they are not informing the
status of my mobile still. I have called them many times and tried to know my mobile status but they are not telling the status of the handset. I have registered a complaint in motozone also. They were not showing my mobile also when i go directly, i am afraid that whether they have miss my mobile are they may did something.
Problems: Poor Battery, Headset is not working, Some software problems, etc
