I am a proud owner of M-800 (MH-20-Y-803) using since 26.10.2001. Current mileage is 18.5 Km/Ltr. With which I am really very happy.
Regular paid servicing is done at M/s Pagaria Auto,Aurangabad (Maharashtra).
The mileage tells us the about good service they are providing. Mr. Vinod from Pagaria is the person who looks after my vehicle.
Now about my FEEDBACK (THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT).
The customer service desk of M/s Pagaria Auto has called me several times in past, regarding ONE FEEDBACK form which Maruti Udyog has sent and had I received the same and sent the duly filled form.
Yesterday I got annoyed and asked for more details. The lady told me that MUL has sent the feedback form to some SELECTED customers and I do not know whether you are one of them.I told her that I am NOT the customer to have received any feedback form.
MUL might have sent me one but I think due to following reasons I might not have received the same.
1. My address, on the date of purchase has changed.
2. Postal mistake (if it was sent to the new address which is registered with Pagaria with new mobile number.)
If I am NOT "one of the selective customers" then it is fine with me.
I request MUL to please inform the dealer(s); the name(s) of persons to whom you have sent the feedback forms.
This will save dealers time as well as we customers.
This is humble request.
Following is complaint about dealer.
The dealers person contacted me to go for Citi Bank+Maruti card. Which I opted for. Since last 2-3 times their machine does not work. I have to pay them cash or use normal credit card. I loose points and dont know about extra money I might be paying.
The wheel alignment & balancing machine is inverably out of order at Pagaria. I do this job at other shop, for which I have to spend extra time.
This is just for information to MUL.
Lastly, I AM REALLY VERY HAPPY WITH MY MARUTI, AND PROUD OWNER OF MARUTI MAKE CAR.

|Solution of your complaint||Information to Dealers. Area/Reginol Manager to check for the machines (wheel alignment/balancing,Credit card payment) at dealer. |
|Action||1. About feedback form : NOTHING.
2. About dealers machines : Will continue normal practice which I have mentioned above. Afterall I LOVE my M-800.
Next car purchase might be from other manufacturer. |
