GOT UP @ 6:00 TO BE @ WAL-MART BY 7AM, I WAS THE FIRST ONE THERE IN LINE. SEVEN TWENTY ROLLS AROUND NO ONE STILL HAS THE DOORS UNLOCKED. NEVER MIND THAT ITS RAINING OUTSIDE, SO I WALK AROUND TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE TO GET TO TLE, ONE EMPLOYEE IS JUST GETTING THERE, THE MANAGERS IN THE STORE WOULD NOT ANSWER THE INNERCOM TO COME AND UNLOCK THE TLE DOORS. THEN THEY FINALLY PUT ME NAME IN THE COMPUTER @ 8, AND I SAY THERE FOR ANOTHER FEW HOURS FOR AND OIL CHANGE BUT, THE SIGN SAYS OIL CHANGE EXPRESS AND THE SERVICE SUCKED!!!!! THERE WERE NO MANAGERS THERE(TLE) TO COMPLAIN TOO, EVERY CUSTOMER BACK THERE CALLED THE DISTRICT OFFICE OR SAID THEY WOULD AND I AM NOT SATIFIED, I WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE AT WAL-MART THERE SERVICE IS VERY POOR
