First of I would like to tell you about my self.
I am working in ITC Infotech as Associate IT Consultant at Bangalore. This is regarding of HDFC Bank Complaint.
I have saving account of HDFC and Credit Card for last than 4 years. I have account of Gandhinagar,Gujarat Branch.
On 8th April, I raised a request for ATM Pin for credit card.
After 8 days (passed), As I didnít get reply than I called customer care and as per them they dispatched the same by OVERNITE Courier.
I was asked to check he status by giving AWB number.
I checked the status and it was showing that my address is incomplete.(but in same address I am receiving my Credit Card Bills)How can the courier person say like that?
After that I called customer care of HDFC but they are not behaving me good and not listening me. Very bad experience to talk that type of guy.
I raised complaint (comp number: 7163352) I also sent a email to all id:
"Grivence Redressal" , firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com
But till today I have not received my ATM Pin.
They are giving false commitment. They are harassing me by misbehaving while calling to customer care. On 22nd April, one of the representative told that they delivered the ATM Pin but after checking to my home, I came to know that again they are giving false commitment.
I havenít received any reply from their side also. They are not taking any complaint seriously.
I personally am requesting you to look into the matter. I want strict action to be taken to all the persons by whom my ATM Pin get delayed.
They are not helping out any ways.
