I have a Bajaj pulsar 150cc dtsi which is having very serious silencer problems. It gets rusting in a specific area near to the outlet of it, And not only for my bike but i have observed it on all bajaj pulsars, it happens after 1 or 2 years.
Also the other thing to note is that Bajaj is not giving its replacement if the warranty period is over, but i would say that it is a warranty period & not a expiry date after which it may be left unusable. If a company makes a bike(or say parts) whose life is only for 2 years then it is equivalent to a worst quality china product.
|Solution of your complaint||Bajaj being a responsible and such a big organisation it should look seriously to this issue and satisfy its customers by replacing the bad quality products. It should see how Nokia handled a similar issue regarding its mobile batteries. |
|Action||I will try and go to consumer forum to take a action on this as early as possible and should set example to other companies who are cheating its customers in the name of warranty period. Also i would complaint about how this company is been given Quality assurance cerfications even when it is having such complaints about its products. |
