I requested for a number change on 11 April 2009. The executive Mr. Ajit at Airtel office sector-14 Gurgaon took the required documents and gave me a new no. on Monday 13th April 2009. On 16th April my connection was disconnected and the reaon given was non-submition of required documents. I contacted Airtel office at Gurgaon and they accepted that I submitted all the required documents and talked to their superior and the connection was activated (however to be on safer side I submited the documents again).
Again on 28 April 2009 the connection was terminated due to non submition of documents.
Now even after submitting documents twice, my connection is terminated. Airtel customer care dept is saying that they have not received the documents yet. While the Airtel office executive is claiming that he has already submitted the documents to the concern department.
Between all this, I am the person who is suffering for no fault of mine. The airtel no. in question is 9650012421.
|Solution of your complaint||Airtel should restore the connection ASAP and give in writing that they have received all the documents. |
|Action||I would like to file a case in consumer court as I am already frustrated and I feel that I hold no value for Airtel.
I will also seek monetary compensation for the inconvinience caused to me. |
