sir i am really upset with the quality of your handsets lately.this is my third handset which has conked off.1st was N81 BEAUTIFUL HANDSET BUT USED TO HANG AT ANYTIME.
(this hand set got flicked so did not complain)
2nd nokia 3810 again a nice looking handset but one day all of a sudden stopped working ,went to the service center in dlf gurgaon they could not repair it saying that they dont have some kind of a plate which is under the sim ,mind u sir this hand set was in the warranty period i wonder what warranty in india means i think it is just an eye wash.
3rd nokia7310 since i had spent quite a few bucks on the above two handsets i decided to go for a reasonably ok phone it has just been four months and the key pads/buttons dont work when i took it to the dealer where i picked it up from he said that all these handsets have a problem ,again i have to go to the service center.The guys refuse to give the name of the manager or the dealer or the head for nokia,they just stand with the face as though they are helpless.Thore were literally 7 sales guys in the show room but none could help.i am actually fed up please get this sorted out. JUST A SUGGESTION PLEASE KEEP HELPFUL PEOPLE AT THE FRANCHISEE STORE BECAUSE THEY REPRESENT NOKIA.

|Solution of your complaint||it is in warranty ,the handset should be changed if this one has a problem and if the company people are aware of it .we would also expect a better customer service. |
