sir, i am dr. charanpret grover from patiala and my father mr. tarvinder singh grover had purchased a new tata indigo LX black colour on 25 th may 2006 from goyal motors, patiala. on the 27th may morning when i tried to start the car it did not start, i being apprehensive called the incharge at goyal motors and the car was called for repairing. i was told that the entire electronic wiring of the car has been burnt because of some default fuse and the estimated cost told was aruond rs 22000/-. i have my complaint against the product that why a brand new car shpild have such a defect and why should the customer bear the brunt of it. its been 9 days now and my car has been still in the goyal motors garage for repairing. for a customer like me, i want to please provide me with a new car as early as possible or i have to file a legal suite in the court against the company for cheating the company and not providing their value to money.

Solution of your complaint
i should be provided with a new car and not the repaired car since it was a manufacturing defect and why should the customer be the sufferer.
though against my will , i have to file a legal proceeding in civil and consumer courts
