My name is vikas and i am from Sehore(MP). I think i am the one of oldest user of airtel in India. i have landline phone which is also of airtel. infact we were disonnecting the airtel landline connection but your executives requested us to continue this landline and so we are.
I have a mobile number , which is provided by airtel landline scheme, number is 9993073984. I was facing a problem, that i was not able to speak to GPRS technical support executives. I raised this problem to 121 customer care on 12th april 2009 but no body has
solved or looked into this matter. Then, i again called 121 and spoke about this issue but instead of solving the problem they blocked my customer care calling facility . today i am not able to speak to 121 customer care also .
on 03/05/2009 i had 250 rs in my account but all this amount was deducted within a minute. i dont know why . i was not able to call to 121 so i made call from another numbers , and one of the superwiser told me that my amount will be refunded within 24 hrs but it never happened.
I dont know what to do , 121 customer care is not working and amount refund is also pending . I want to ask airtel that is this the way an old and relieble customer is treated.
There is a manager in indore customer care name- Ravidra who attended my call and after that i am not able to speak to 121 customer care executive.
Tell me what to do now, isn't this a illegal act that without informing your people deduct the amount not refunding the amount.?
i am expecting fast and effective action against those who are involved in this and also want resolution of this issues.
Please, i have faith in this company, so before i loose this faith and patience and move ahead to take some steps against my wish.
