I activated the GPRS on my Airtel number 98920 68129 on 5th May 2009 and as soon as I was connected to internet Rs.29.10 was deducted from my account leaving a balance of Rs. 37.83 at 11.23pm.
Again in next 5 mins the GPRS charge 25/- was deducted.
When called customer service on 121 from my phone.
Not one but two customer service agents (male) disconnected my call back to back
When called 3rd time the agent said will have to callback after 15 mins to get an answer as there was some f***ing upgrades was going on.
When asked for the supervisor, the call was transferred but was told to wait for 9 hours to get an answer to the disconnected call and wrong deductions.
These corporate gaints really s**ks.
The complaint number was given 559496400.
Still no concrete information as to what is the resolution.
