Pass cost does not match the paid amount
I purchased on line Swiss Pass for four members and for five days, the price shown on net was Rs. 51152, after purchase the amount got deducted for Rs. 54084, and when the pass was received the amount written on pass was in EURO 736.
On receipt of the pass I contacted the Mumbai office but they could not justify the price, I have written few emails but there is no justification as when the pass is for Euro 736 why have they charged Rs. 54084, even they have not mentioned the conversion rates on pass.
We feel cheated hence we request you to help us and guide us to get the justice and teach a lesson for cheating innocent Indians.
