I RP Upadhyay purchased one window AC model No WG18N from Ms Sham Lal Krishan Lal, 1/206/28 Sadar Bazar Delhi Cantt (through CSD Canteen) vide suppliers bill No RB-1536 dated 02 May 09 for Rs 14795/-
I brought the AC in pack condition at my home SK-4/625 Indirapuram, Ghaziabad and called representative from authorised service centre of Ghaziabad who installed the AC but could nlot start. He told me that the compresser of the AC is faulty. Next day one more mechanic from authorised service centre visited my home but he also could not do any thing do put the AC ON.
I am complaining to the authorities of the company to the best of my knowledge but no fruitful result achieved.
May I request you to detail some one to replace the AC from my home as it is lying at my home without any use.
