Ive requested to convert my Airtel prepaid# (9849355969) to postpaid around 4 weeks back. Rep said it would be done within 48 hours and it is almost 4+ weeks and I am still on prepaid. When I wrote to Airtel CS, they respond saying it is forwarded to respective dept and action would be taken within 24 to 48 hours.

I ve requested to convert my prepaid mobile# to postpaid around 3 weeks back and it is still not done. I was given a new sim on the same day and till date I hear the same excuse.... Server is down and it will take another 2 to 4 days. This is the same thing I hear from the past 3 weeks. I am going out of station next week and want this to be done by that time. Airtel is pretty reputed company and I am not sure how they are doing business if their servers are down for so many day (or should I say weeks).
My Prepaid mobile phone number is 9849355969. My prepaid sim# is 89914 90004 00122 09915 and the postpaid sim# given to me is 89914 90104 05057 25871.
