I have booked my return ticket from bangalore to delhi. Due to some reason I first had to postpone it and then finally canceled it. It has been about two months since I have been calling their offices for a refund, but they just keep procrastinating it. They always say that it would be credited into my account within a period of two/three days. But alas the payment never comes.
They should either tell me a definite date by which the payment can be credited or keep their word. Even though I am a regular traveler and have always booked my tickets through their site wether railways or air, I have stopped using their services since.  

Solution of your complaintGive me back my money as soon as possible or if they don't have enough they should start paying back in EMI's with interest 
ActionI'll be going to consumer court soon , and would let the media know about their attitude. I will soon start spreading the word about these thieves on the net.
