Sir, I purchased a Pulsar(Black) 15cc,last year & gt a default discovered in my m/bike rear wheel.
I informed them in the very first month abt the problem but they just ignored me saying that we cannt help as vehicle is already on road.
then now when I started trying get it replaced under insurance,they are harrassing me like anything.
First ,since 15+ days thay are unable to arrange the spare part & then they are such a fool that they cannt tell me the exact price.
When I went to Delhi they gave some other price for the spare part and the irony is that the part is not at all available.
Is it the kind of service for which BAJAJ Auto is famous with? And my imp. question is how could I find the defect in the m/bike unless I ride it?
So, how come they can say it is my mistake why i came after a month?Am I an Engineer?
I am so disattisfied and frustrated with the service.
Please help me to get my spare part or do somethng which would help me as I might meet with an accident because of the bubbling in the wheel.

Please do something to get the spare part as soon as possible and make them aware that Mr.Pawan is not here for making commision by blaming me or any other customer instead of helping them and giving a good name to ur Company.
So,is it necessary to tell this?
Should I take it as you people dont want to solve the problem?
