We have a Hotel so we accept payments from our customers through credit cards. One of our customer had paid the bill of Rs5,550 through card later he approached the Bank and told that there was a dispute so Rs 5,550 on 6th May 09 were deducted from our a/c ICICI Bank through MID11351368 BALREC60509 without informing us and the worst part is that after botheration also we could not find the details for this deduction.The bank told us to contact the higher authorities we were asked to prove what we said we sent them a scanned copy of the charge slip signed by the customer we even had all the other necessary documents required but they said that the documents were not clear and they could not refund the amount to our a/c.This is the second time we are facing such problem now we would like to close our current a/c,saving a/c and also cancel the policies in the bank as our money is not safe here and we do not trust ICICI Bank any more.Last time Rs 2640/- were deducted which were refunded after a long time and harrasement but now we dont want to face this problem time and again we are not even told the proper channel where we can contact for the details.All this brings us to the conclusion that tomorrow anybody can approach the bank and refund his money which he had paid anywhere its really ridiculous.Kindly let us know the further steps so that we can move ahead.Thank you. 

Solution of your complaintOur amountof Rs5,550/- should be refunded in oura/c as soon as possible. 
ActionWe would be forced to approach the consumer court and we know that we would win because we have all the documents to prove the fraud done by the ICICI Bank.
