I had enquired in BSNL office prior to submitting my form on May 31, 2006 in coustomer service about how much time approximately it will take to to install the service of Broadband,
Coustomer service center personal had assured that as we are already having an existing BSNL landline, it will be installed in 3 days.
So, as per there assurance i Had Deposited Rs.1450.00 Paid Bill No.:1851, The Phone where it is to be installed is 2286278.
But after 9 days from May 31, 2006 they are not responding, personally went to BSNL office and interacted get the concerned person Name Mr.Dani (9425240777), called and enquired about the connection status, every time i call he will make the connection within week, almost two weeks had gone, In coustomer service i called for the issue, they inform me it is departmental issue.And evry time i call they give me some no. to call their, now i am having some dozen number to call, but no one respond to solve my connection issue.
At last I had gave up and think of alternative to get a Airtel Broadband Connection, So, went the BSNL office to cancel my Broadband request, they had inform me it will take some three months to get the money refund.
so, kindly suggest me what to do, even i had tried to call many people in BSNL office but no one is ready to respond properly, It is typically goverment run organization.
