I did not expect such third class service from a reputed company like yourself. I have not received the watch and the sunglass was also received in damaged condition. The packing was intact and it implies that the mischief has been done at the time of packing and not in transit of consignment. Morevere, i had tried the no 011-40502424 at 1.51 and 1.59 pm. I was amde to wait 7 minutes on the First call and 3 minutes on the second call. Is this the standard of your customer care services? shame on your Company.
