This is Mohd Imran Shaikh holding a ICICI account no 623505382599 and Merchent id is 50197233.My shop name is Royal Paris Collection. There was a transaction done from my machine of Rs.15000. Customer Name- Jinit Solanki. Citibank Card No - 5546 - 1970 - 9524 - 5035. Customer had filed a dispute of Rs.15000 with citibank. I was credited the amount of Rs.15000 when i had given the chargeslip to citibank and they paid me the amount. After the dispute was raised mistakely i was again debited Rs.15000 from my ICICI bank. But the customer has taken back the dispute and been debited Rs.15000 /- in his citibank credit card but i have not been credited the amount into my account.
When i call up the merchent help line it says that citibank has not credited him the amount and it has been permenently debited into my account when the customer contacted CITIBANK the customer service said to me that ICICI BANK DID NOT APPROACH CITIBANK FOR THE PAYMENT. The citibank reference no is1509047687.
MY ICICI BANK IS STILL IN NEGATIVE DUE TO ALL THIS. PLEASE CREDIT THE AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
I HAVE SEEN THE CUSTOMER'S CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND IT HAS BEEN DEBITED TO THE CUSTOMER AND NOT CREDITED TO ME.
PLEASE SPEAK TO CITIBANK AND CREDIT ME THE AMOUNT.
It only ICICI BANK BLAMING CITIBANK AND CITIBANK BLAMING ICICI BANK but no action is been taken from any of the banks to solve the matter.
I have even got the request number from ICICI bank SR106033329 and SR 106506138 but they say that you cannot credit the amount since the documents are not clear. i have already submitted all the documents to ICICI bank but still its not crediting the amount and i have been only given request numbers from ICICI bank.
Please treat the matter as on a urgent basis and credit me the amount as soon as possible.
Please talk to citibank and solve the matter as soon as possible
Please solve this matter as a customer i am requesting you for the same as i have been mentally troubled by calling up customer care again and again.
and i have to write to ICICI bank as it is not doing anything upon the case.Please co-operate and solve the matter as soon as possible.
If nothing is been done on my dispute then i would be forced to take action against the bank and would spoil the reputation of the bank.
