I have visited the mananautolink-usmanpura -ahmedabad for the inspection of my sx4 whh has some knocking problem in the engine and hard gear shifting.
the person incharge took me for trial from the work shop and after returning he told me everythinh is ok. I will do greesing of the gear within ten minutes. I was waitng till half an hour , nobody gave any information regarding my car. Then I myself inquired thw the car was brough from service section to delivery area. I immidiately notice that ther was dent and abrassion just above the right front wheel . I informed him immidiately. He immidiately alleged me without inquiry that it was already there and misbehaved with me. He even relactant to give me the complain book which was without page number. He refused to repair it.
|Solution of your complaint||the company should employ honest and reliable person at the consumer services and at the work shop.
They should accept there negligence, confess it promise , not repeat same mistake ,anytime in life.
