i have bought one reliance broadband netconnect usb with receipt number 2392957663 on 17th may 2009 in 3500 rs, from diadem infocomm , 1/3 vaibhav khand, amrapali green indiarapuram ghaziabad, up . on first address verification i submitted copy of pan card, they mark it as negative verification , then they come on 23rd may 2009 for second time verification and i submitted driving license copy, still they marked negative . when i went to the vendor where i bought this, diadem infocomm, he refused to pay back 3500 rs as i said that as this net connection is not working , so pay back, he said the money goes to reliance company , i cant refund, then i asked him to wrote in written and signed with stamp. now as i lost 8 days without internet connection which has lost me lot of client work, i would like that you please help me to get back my money and give a lesson to this guys that if they are committing something to customer ,make sure they worth it.

Solution of your complaintsimply i would like to get refund , or if they activate now , they has to pay my loss of money due to work. 
Actioni prefer to have the solution , as you know this situation always give better hand to the companies as they think customer do not have time and courage. i prefer to move forward to give them lesson,
