I had received a mail regarding your promotion offer of Reliance
Netconnect.. The offer was, on payment of Rs. 3500 I would get UNLIMITED
SURFING time for a period of two months.
Accordingly I gave a SMS confirmation and received a call from one Ms.
Urmi (cell no. 96994 07687). (she is not contactable on this number any
I had provided a copies of address proof and acopy of pancard
and a cheque dt 31/3/09 for Rs. 3500 favouring 'Ambica Telecom'.
The cheque was collected from my office by M/s. Ambica Telecom and I was
informed that I will get Reliance Netconnect after clearance of cheque.
TILL 17-4-2009 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NETCONNECT!
I sent E-mail to customer care
There was no response from cusomer care except acknowledgement.
Thereafter I e-mailed to Mrinal Bairagi- Nodal officer for Maharashtra
who forwarded my mail to Mumbai.
I receved one Telephone call on may 6, 2009 informing that Reliance Net connect cannot be given as offer period was over. Instead money would be refunded.
I am YET to receive refund!
