i would like to share a bitter experience i am facing with sify mall for past 6 months(still ongoing)
i bought GE cordless phone for RS 3144 on 2nd of Jan 2006, from day one it started to cause problems, despite of delivering in 5 days they took roughly 3 weeks to delive the product, when asked for they said sorry no stock.
after a week the phone started to cause problems, tried to call the customerservice department, each time i use to call there were different options on the line, some times heavy disturbance. so finally at first week of april i managed to get hold of them they said they will pick it up for servicing, took 2 weeks now finally it took more than a month to return the item, to my surprise
they managed to send me a worn out hand set from the work shop, even this one was also not working. tried to call them and gave them lot of mails result after 4 weeks they made arrangments to pick the set up. when asked for a complete refund they said no we will not give you the money, basically asked me to f...off. now it is more than 2 weeks they didnt even replace the piece, what do they think i have to be wiht out a phone for 6 months, dreaming i will be getting a phone from sify(obviously not working)
guys please please never shop with this company, they are useless, the only answer u ge is sorry we have to contact another department, we send you the reply by email in 3 to 4 working days. by the way guys it is an ISO certified company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
