i am shashank shekhar from bokaro steel city. i had purchased a nokia n 85 model phone on 20th march 2009 from nokia priority dealer.from the first day itself phone started giving problems. it used to hang at regular interval.after that phone slowed down down dramatically.whenever i played music,it played for only half an hour or a hour and after that it started showing error message-'general system error' and it couldn;t played music.when i will switch it off and restart then the music will play for sometime and again error message will be shown.whenever any smscomes on mobile ,phone automatically switches off and again restart.
i deposied my phone in nokia care seven times and three times it had been transferred to higher head office with same jobsheet no.- 388434038/090330/13 with repeat job.my complain no . are- '2-40wypv' ,'2-3y8tbl' ,'2-3w4nhr'.these three are my complain no. for last three times.my phone model n85 imei no is - 356376020033324.
from the purchasing date of 20th march 2009 i ahd not kept my phone with me for more than 10 days.the day i am getting it back from nokia care, ihad to deposit it same day or next day with same problem occcuring again.i am sure nokia is not able to repair my phone and they are just wasting my time and money.
i want to request you that kindly help me in solving my problem.i am very disturbed with quality and service of phone.now,i don't want to keep this phone. i want nokia to return my whole amount of purchasing this phone that is rs 23,000.this is only my last claim.i am very much harassed.this is very costly phone and i don't want to take risk.my phone is in warranty period.i will be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
