I had purchased a Kenster Air Condition from Next Retail (India's Largest electronics retail chain) on 10th of May'09, they take 1 wk to install the same, after installation, it has been noticed that it is not operated through remote, then i had launched a complain to Kenster customer service (Complain No.KOL1705090016) on 17th May'09 and according informed Mr. Poddar(Manager, 9432499196) of Next Retail outlet (where the machine had been purchased).After 6days a service engineer (Mr. Subhankar,9883759342) visit and discovered that the remote is not in working condition and he carried the remote to service centre, where again they discovered that remote is absolutely okay, then again a service engineer came and he discovered that the PCB(Remote sencor) is not working, then he carried it with him to the service centre for repair.

After 4 days Mr. Ranjan Ghosh(Manager, service centre, 9331764317) informed me that the perticular sencor and circuit is not in market, so there company(i.e. Kenster) decided to replace the Aircondition machine.

Till date i had not used the A.C. from the date of purchased i.e. 10th May'09, they should give me 1 month interest of Rs. 16405/- back(Price of the A.C).

Please help!
 

Solution of your complaintGive me the Interest for the amount paid for the Aircondition which is out of order from the date of purchase/ Also it is a Fraud case since after taking the money for a new A.C. giving me a faulty machine(whereas it was written that CHECKED,OK) 
ActionInform it to the Consumer court and also district court and file a case against the company and the shop, also inform it to CBI & Media, so that they are dare to do this kind of thing to others.
