Dear Sir, I am a customer of maruti and own a Swift Vdi model(Reg No - UP 91 C 6400). My name is Kapil Chandra (S/o Mr Satish Chandra )and i belong to Rath district Hamirpur. I purchased my car from jhansi and frequently visit there for the services
I visited the service station on 3-12-08 for the second free service. and complained about the disturbance in the horn of my car. It was changed and i was charged the sum of Rs 210/-.(The bill of which hs been attached for your king refernce). Soon i got to know from the kanpur service station that my horn was under warranty and i was charged falsely for the same.
Soon I visited the Jhansi service station and informed the manager about the false charges of the horn. The manager said that the money will not be refunded back. Suprisingly he did not confirmed and scolded his staff instead he started misbehaving with me. He was using a very bad and abusive language against me. I felt quite insulted infront of the staff and other customers around the lobby.I belong to a very reputed business class family and dont bother for such a small amount but for me my prestige is much above all this.
The next thing happened in my paid service recently in April. I called up the service station and asked them about the availibility of all kind of parts.They said that all of it is availalble and should come reach the station by 9 am the next morning. I was there on time and gave my car for service. They collection time given to me was 4pm.(the service time taken was 7 HOURS) I was then and there told that they do not have a diesel Filter and a silencer for my car. i then returned back with the half service done.
The next Visit was after 10 days.to check the availibility of the same. they then changed my filter and asked me to wait for another 20 days for the silencer.
Its been above 45 days i have been waiting for the silencer to be changed. I am continously getting in touch with the manager but he has no better answer to give than to speak the abusive language.
Sir I travel 150 kms from my residence for better sevices but I felt that the services were poor from the begining but now they have even loosed the manners of dealing a customer properly and politely.
I was truly planning to purchase Maruti's Grand Vitara soon but now i dropped my idea and instead i please request you to take my car back and i would for sure never purchase nor suggest anybody to take services of maruti from Jhansi.
After all this long story i shall conclude that the manager is very ill mannered and uncivilized kind of a person who shall not at all sit on such position. The customer satisfaction there is ZERO. I had a talk with a few more maruti service customer there in the station none of them were satisfied from the service station services and behaviours.
Hence I PLEASE PLEASE request you to take necessary action against the manager.
