Good evening. I had purchased this mobile on 2/07/2008.. Ever since i bought this mobile, i had been facing problem concerning its functioning.. Initially, i had problem in opacity of the screen for which the mobile was send to Factory outlet in feb. It was returned from factory after 14 days and the job was dis-satisfactory, and was re-send after which work was done... On 2/04/2009, the mobile developed the keypad problem. When i press green button, number 1 presses, on pressing Red button , number 3 button presses.. And on pressing menu button, arrow keys start working. The mobile was send to factory and was returned on 21/04/2009... In less than ONE HOUR of receiving back the mobile, similar problem developed and was agaim send to factory of nokia and mobile was returned on 20/05/2009.. The same problem occured again and the mobile was send back to factory on next day and is still with them.. Nokia is still giving me the same handset turning down my request for Replacement.. My warranty is getting over on 02/07/2009... Kindly do the needful. The mobile which has been send for one problem for three times to nokia factory and still not rectified, how can Nokia give me further guarantee for theis service for this mobile...
