I purchased a Z71 Truck last night but it was not washed therfore the exterior appearance could not be inspected. I was to return for a wash at my convenience. 30 minutes later I called Nick Kinssey to advise him that the truck had a dent.
The following morning I noticed on the same side of the truck 3 dents altogether.
I went to Midway to cancel the sale due to the fact that they had not sold me a new truck.
They advised me to return at 7:30 p.m. to speak with the general manager John Thomas so that we could see what he could work out with me.
I demanded my old truck back and they refused and said it was already off property.
I called at 7:30 p.m., and spoke with Steve Burns and said they in order to speak with John I had to go thru trevor!
I called Nick Kinsey and he said John had stepped out and would return any minute.
|Solution of your complaint||I beleive the price of the truck should be lowered at a price of a damaged or used truck, and that they should repair it. |
|Action||Cancel my contract, and return my of 2004 truck. |
